We are currently looking for individuals and/or families who want to be a part of our TFCO treatment team!
Youth served in TFCO reside in the TFCO treatment home for approximately 6-9 months. These Therapeutic Parents receive initial and ongoing training, weekly group support, and in-the-moment coaching from the treatment team.
Youth in TFCO receive weekly individual home-based therapy, weekly support to navigate the program, practice of problem-solving and coping skills along with other skills individualized for their particular needs. The TFCO program staff is available 24/7 to allow for quick and effective responses to situations and behaviors.
