Transitions programs are operated and supported through Community Services for the Developmentally Disabled. Transitions programs provide assistance to adults with developmental disabilities in expanding life options through inclusion into community life. Through the Person Centered Planning process, goals and objectives are developed to address increasing independence and skills in identified areas.
Transitions Employment Solutions serves individuals from Clinton, Eaton and Ingham counties.
