CMHA-CEI Board of Directors, Leadership, and our Diversity Advisory Council continues to be committed to creating a culture that is rooted in diversity and inclusion and reflects the rich diversity of the communities that we serve. While we have put many important policy, program, and cultural competence efforts in place to improve recruitment and retention of diverse staff, and to increase cultural competence in the delivery of our services, we also recognize that this is an ongoing journey. We must now expand and deepen our efforts to engage all voices, celebrate differences, learn from multiple perspectives, and to embed a strong culture of inclusion throughout the organization that allows our staff, and the individuals and families we serve to reach their full potential. - Executive Director, Sara Lurie
