    The Community Mental Health Authority of Clinton, Eaton, and Ingham counties have been providing services to local residents since 1964. CMHA-CEI is conveniently located on Jolly Road in Lansing between Cedar Street and Pennsylvania Avenue.

CMHA-CEI is soliciting competitive proposals for financial reviews of its contract-managed group homes for a 3 year period. CMHA-CEI is a Lansing based, governmental entity, specializing in behavioral healthcare, including residential services in 39 contract-managed group homes in the tri-county area and employing approximate 1000 persons with an annual operating budget of approximately $118M.
