Presentation will include:

  • Key points you need to know about your coverage
  • How to talk to your insurance company effectively
  • How to appeal insurance denials if necessary
  • Time for questions

Dr. Post is a clinical psychologist who also has experience in insurance management. He brings a broad range of professional and family experience to this topic. 

This presentation will apply to private, non-Medicaid insurance only. The content of this presentation will not be applicable to Medicaid coverage. Procedures for Medicaid are quite different. NAMI Lansing plans to host a separate event related to Medicaid coverage for mental illness.
