Public support groups are some of the best resources available for persons suffering from various causes of trauma. There are active local groups for virtually every need, ranging from substance use disorder to depression to caring for family members who are struggling with mental illness or addiction. This year’s presenters represent only a sample of the groups that are active in our area. Literature on these and other community groups will be made available to event guests.
