Crisis services provides crisis intervention, assessment, and screening for voluntary and involuntary psychiatric hospitalization.

CACS is a Community Action Agency whose mission is to eliminate the causes and conditions of poverty in Clinton, Eaton, Ingham, and Shiawassee Counties.  Services include direct utility and shelter assistance, long term case management for the homeless population, commodity food distribution, home weatherization, free income tax preparation, home weatherization, energy conservation and money management workshops, migrant services, home buyer education and information and referral.
