When a person contacts the Access Center, they will be asked several questions regarding their behavioral health needs and treatment history. These screening questions will help us determine if the person may meet CMHA-CEI's eligibility criteria for available services.

If the person appears to meet eligibility criteria, a face-to-face assessment will be scheduled with an appropriately qualified professional to confirm eligibility for our programs and services.

If we are not the appropriate agency to meet the person's behavioral health needs, staff will provide information about other treatment resources in the community.
