Within 30 days of hire:

Classroom Courses:
• Recipient Rights Orientation
• CPR & 1st Aid (Residential)
• 1st Aid only (CLS and Respite)

Paper Based Courses:
• Blood Borne Pathogens and Infection Control Instructions | Test
• HIPAA Privacy & Security Instructions | Test
• Person-Centered Planning Instructions | Test

 

Within 90 days of hire:

Classroom Courses:
• Basic Health & Medications (Residential only)
• Working with People (Culture of Gentleness) (Residential only)

Paper Based Courses:
• Corporate Compliance Instructions | Test
• Cultural Competency & Diversity Instructions | Test
• De-Escalation Skills Instructions | Test
• Environmental Safety Instructions | Test
• Limited English Proficiency Instructions | Test
• Trauma Informed Care Instructions | Test

 

Annually (365 days after initial course):

Paper Based Courses:
• Recipient Rights Refresher Instructions | Test
• Blood Borne Pathogens and Infection Control Instructions | Test

Two years after initial:
