The Correctional Assessment & Treatment Services (CATS) offers Outpatient Treatment and Case Management Services to the incarcerated in the Ingham County Jail.  The program goal is to identify and work toward recovery, related to alcohol and drug abuse and identify the related criminal behavior.

Clinton County Counseling Center (CCCC) provides Outpatient Substance Abuse Treatment; Substance Abuse Prevention Services in Clinton  County; and Assessments for Drunk Driving and Driver's License Reinstatement.  The Clinton County Counseling Center also provides Substance Abuse Treatment Services in the Clinton County jail.

The Clinton County Counseling Center adheres to the philosophy that substance abuse and dependence disorders are best treated by a combination of education, individual and group therapy based on best practice models, and promotion of participation in self-help groups.

CMH services and supports are provided using a process called "person-centered" planning which recognizes your right to control the direction of your life.
